At VAJIANDRO WELLNESS LLP, we commit to delivering your order safely, promptly, and with complete discretion across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India, including metro cities, Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations, and most remote areas. International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Express orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are prioritized for same-day dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
A shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
Express delivery is charged at ₹99–₹149 depending on the location.
We currently accept prepaid orders only.

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Other Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Express delivery, where available:
Metro Cities: 1–2 business days
Select Tier 2 Cities: 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to operational or courier-related factors.

5. Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. Every order is shipped in completely discreet packaging, with no visible product details and no sensitive information displayed on the outer packaging.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch. Customers can monitor shipment progress through the tracking link provided.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.

8. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disruptions, public holidays, regional restrictions, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

9. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post for selected remote locations.
